What Is the DEBT Method

DEBT is a simple but powerful way to understand what shapes your thoughts, feelings, and choices every day. It stands for Desires, Expectations, Beliefs, and Thoughts. These four things make up your inner world — how you see yourself, others, and life itself.

Sometimes, the DEBT inside us comes from old memories, pain, or things we learned growing up. If these patterns are unkind or untrue, they can keep us stuck. But when we gently look at them with love, we can change them — and change our lives.

The DEBT Transformation Method was created by Gary W. Hoskins in 2023. It’s used in Metanoia Radionics to help people find healing, balance, and peace — not by fighting their past, but by lovingly rewriting the story inside.

What is Metanoia

🔹 What Is Metanoia Radionics?

Metanoia is a word rooted in ancient Greek, meaning “a transformative change of heart.” But it’s more than just a shift in thinking — it’s a deep, soulful turning. It’s what happens when you realize that something inside you — a belief, a pattern, a way of responding to life — no longer serves you, and you choose instead to move in a new direction. A direction rooted in truth, peace, and personal wholeness.

In Metanoia Radionics, we work with this kind of change at the energetic level. We begin not with symptoms or surface problems, but with your inner landscape — your Desires, Expectations, Beliefs, and Thoughts (your “DEBT”). These elements quietly shape your emotions, relationships, health, and life experiences. When they become distorted by pain, trauma, or unconscious programming, they can create invisible resistance that keeps you stuck.

Through Metanoia Radionics, we project healing energy — both passively and intentionally — to support your body and spirit as you realign with your truest self. It’s not a quick fix or external solution. It’s a form of compassionate, non-invasive energy work that helps reorient your inner compass.

This work isn’t about judgment. It doesn’t ask you to be someone you’re not. Instead, it honors who you are now, and gently invites growth through guided introspection, energetic attunement, and spiritual support. Whether you're carrying emotional wounds, spiritual confusion, or mental overwhelm, Metanoia Radionics offers a way to begin again — from the inside out.

It’s about coming home to yourself.
About choosing love over fear.
About finding your path — and walking it with clarity, peace, and purpose.

What is Radionics

Radionics is a way of using energy and intention to help people heal and grow. It works by sending focused thoughts, prayers, or feelings — kind of like a radio signal — to support someone’s body, mind, or spirit, even from far away.

In Metanoia Radionics, we use special tools like copper grids, magnets, and grounding rods. But the most important part is your intention — the loving, honest purpose in your heart. When your thoughts and energy are focused, they can help remove blockages, bring peace, and remind the body and soul how to heal.

Radionics doesn’t force anything. It gently works with natural and spiritual laws — kind of like prayer, light, or music — to help real change happen from the inside out. You don’t have to feel it working, but many people notice a difference in how they think, feel, or live.

What is Telluric energy

What Is Telluric Energy?

Telluric energy is the natural energy that flows through the earth. Just like rivers carry water, the earth carries invisible streams of energy — deep under the ground. This energy helps plants grow, keeps animals in balance, and even affects how we feel and heal.

In Metanoia Radionics, we work with telluric energy by using things like copper and grounding rods to gently connect with these earth energies. When combined with loving thoughts and clear intentions, this energy can help us feel more balanced, calm, and connected — like standing barefoot on the ground and feeling peace rise up through your feet.

Telluric energy reminds us that God created the earth not just to live on, but to be part of — and when we work with that energy respectfully, it can support healing and wholeness in body, mind, and spirit.

What is Reiki

Reiki is a gentle way of helping the body, mind, and spirit feel better by using healing energy. The word “Reiki” comes from Japan and means “spiritual life force energy.” It’s the same kind of peaceful energy that helps flowers bloom, hearts calm down, and broken things start to mend.

A person who practices Reiki uses their hands — or sometimes just their thoughts — to send this healing energy to someone else. They don’t use their own energy. Instead, they act like a channel, letting God’s or the universe’s healing power flow through them.

Reiki is quiet, peaceful, and full of love. You don’t have to believe in anything special to feel it — just be open to receiving care. Some people feel warmth or tingling, others just feel calm or rested. It’s like a spiritual hug that helps you feel more whole, inside and out.

What is passive and proactive projective energy

Projective energy is when healing thoughts, prayers, or intentions are sent to help someone — even if they’re far away. There are two main ways this can happen: passive and proactive.

Passive projective energy means the energy is always flowing, without needing someone to be there sending it all the time. In Metanoia Radionics, we do this by placing the person’s name or photo (called a “witness”) on a special card or system. The healing intention is sent to them 24 hours a day, like a soft beam of love and light that keeps shining.

Proactive projective energy is more hands-on. As a Reiki Master or Metanoia Radionics practitioner, I connect with the person’s energy and ask, through prayer or intuition, what they truly need. Then I sit down and lovingly send that energy — using thoughts, feelings, faith, and focus. It’s like a spiritual conversation where I listen, understand, and send support directly.

Both methods are powerful. Passive energy brings steady, constant help. Proactive energy brings personal, focused care. Together, they gently support healing, peace, and balance — helping the whole person thrive in body, mind, and spirit.
